Many treatment plans involve weekly or biweekly injections, but frequency depends on your individualized protocol and lab results
Reconstituting too early: Only reconstitute a vial when you are ready to start using it
You might be a good candidate if you have confirmed low B12 levels (from lab work), follow a strict vegan/vegetarian diet, have digestive issues reducing B12 absorption (e.g., after gastric surgery, or with conditions like Crohns), or experience chronic fatigue and other symptoms linked to B12 deficiency
I have been using my b12 ampoules 4 months now since expiry date on them ,Im down to twice weekly shots now and perfectly fine so I will continue to use them and if need be I will increase my frequency but as I said Ive been perfectly fine
Please note that a doctor referral & G6PD lab is required for IVs over 15 grams
Using the same spot repeatedly leads to tissue changes that affect how well the medication works and how comfortable the injections feel
