The water is not peaty as the loch is high in the hills

The wine was then pressed through a small hand basket press and filled to a single neutral French oak 300L Hogshead for 9 months

and a clean fresh finish

The old vines are dry grown and hand tended to produce wines of quality and character. Dried plums and dates on the nose with chewy lingering tannins on the palate. Only 450 bottles produced.
