Rectangular Dendritic Agate Ring marbled Lace Agate and Cultivated WhiteDendritic Agate set in sterling silver. Adjustable ring size from 6 8. Dendritic agates are formed when manganese or iron oxides are deposited in microcrystalline quartz. Water carries these oxides into crevices in the earth, and as the water evaporates it leaves behind the oxides, creating the agate's iconic botanical patterns. The formation process can take between 13 million and 3 billion years.
