The way to refill a cartomiser is this: Unscrew the cartridge from the battery Remove the plastic cap on the top end of the cartomiser (sometimes it's on quite tight to prevent refilling!) Take a look at the wicking material - if it's burnt then the cartomiser might as well be thrown away Hold the cartomiser at a slight angle and start dripping in e-liquid onto the wicking material ( do not drip the liquid into the centre of the cartridge) Drip in the liquid until the wick is saturated, and then screw your cartomiser back on Tanks If you have an e-cig with a tank-like cartridge, such as a clearomiser, then the filling process is fairly similar
