As shown in Figures 8AD, Akt phosphorylation levels exhibited significant negative correlations with Cox IV activity (R 2 = 0.73, 95% CI [0.97, 0.44], P = 0.0033), CPT-1B expression (R 2 = 0.84, 95% CI [0.98, 0.64], P = 0.0005), and ATP levels (R 2 = 0.65, 95% CI [0.96, 0.30], P = 0.0091), but a positive correlation with ROS levels (R 2 = 0.86, 95% CI [0.68, 0.98], P = 0.0003)
